Charles Hansard

Charles served for 12 years as an officer in the Army and then completed a BSc in Environment Management at Cranfield University and followed that with a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He has spent the last twenty years working on pioneering projects in several industries in the role of both Project Manager driving the project from concept to delivery and Head of Sales, getting the solution out to new customers. These projects range from waste incinerator bottom ash recycling to land and sea based high tech emissions monitoring systems and subsequently high precision filtration for fuels, lubrication and hydraulics in the marine and industrial sectors (power generation & propulsion).

Charles contested a Westminster Parliamentary seat in 2001 and gained a significant amount of experience in public speaking and presentation. He is married with three children and his interests include cricket (Premier League Umpire), rugby, motorcycling and his live steam model railway.
